Les statuts du PSR prévoient la tenue d’un Congrès ordinaire tous les
trois ans. Le dernier (qui a été le 4ème) Congrès ordinaire ayant eu
lieu en 2008, le Comité Permanent de notre Parti a récemment décidé de
convoquer le 5ème Congrès ordinaire pour le Dimanche 11 Septembre
2011.

(ខ្មែរ) The SRP bylaws call for the holding of an ordinary Congress every
three years. The last – and fourth – ordinary Congress having been
held in 2008, our Party Permanent Committee has recently decided to
hold the fifth ordinary Congress on Sunday, 11 September 2011.
(ខ្មែរ) On behalf of the Cambodian people, the Sam Rainsy Party, Cambodia’s second largest party with over 1.3 million votes, congratulates the Libyan people on the liberation of Libya from the dictatorship of Muammar Gaddafi. We all learned with jubilation and admiration the entry in Tripoli yesterday of the valiant Libyan freedom fighters under the direction of Libya’s National Transitional Council.
The concessions granted in dubious conditions by the government to private companies with ties to to the ruling party is a huge problem reaping grave damages on our people throughout the entire country.
