EXAMPLES OF FORGED 1018 VOTER IDENTIFICATION FORMS For each case, we have the real identity of the illegitimate voter as shown in his/her ID card as well as his/her fake identity as shown on the 1018 form given to the person by the CPP local authorities. Both documents show the same photo of the same person. Only the 1018 form is shown here with the photo being blindfolded for security reasons. But for each case, the whole set of original documents (1018 form, ID card and a most recent additional statement, photo and thumbprint) is kept in a safe place and has been shown to independent human rights organizations, international institutions and election observers. |
